Boreas Subsea Hub

Deployment of automated robotic drilling systems with integrated real-time telemetry.

Location Gulf of Mexico
Depth 2,200m

Autonomous Deepwater Operations

The Boreas Subsea Hub is a fully automated production center located on the seafloor of the Gulf of Mexico. It serves as a testing ground for next-generation robotic intervention systems, reducing the need for human divers in hazardous depths.

System Architecture

  • Control System: AI-Driven SCADA
  • Power Supply: Subsea Umbilical
  • Data Link: Fiber Optic
  • ROV Docking: 2 Stations

Digital Twin

A real-time digital twin allows onshore engineers to monitor valve positions, flow rates, and structural integrity with millisecond latency, enabling predictive maintenance.

Robotic Intervention

Resident ROVs are permanently stationed at the hub, capable of performing routine inspections and minor repairs without the need for a surface support vessel, significantly lowering operational costs.
